About Jacob

I am passionate about travelling and bike packing trips. I think it’s the best way to travel and experience some of the best cuisine and culture the region has to offer. I make a point to meet new people and learn new recipes and ideas when I travel and I want to share what I have learnt over the last ten years.

About the lesson

I work best by checking in with you. I like to know what you want to get out of these lessons and I will work with you to best meet your requirements. I am an experienced primary school teacher so if you’re new to cooking I can work at whatever pace is needed for you to be comfortable. If you know your onions and want to work on some more advanced techniques or recipes then that is also something I can do.
