About Sophia

I'm currently 17 studying maths and further maths at A-level, along with physics and computer science. I did Additional maths and GCSE maths along with my other subjects. I am passionate about maths and was deemed helpful at teaching concepts to my friends and other students, so I would like to help more students! I can teach maths at all levels, however I would be more helpful in GCSE maths as I recently got a 9 in the subject and still know all the content. If anyone does the additional maths qualification, I can also help with that as I got a B in it.

About the lesson

In my lessons I'll try to keep to the specification of your maths exam board as I found that useful myself when studying it. If you struggle with any concepts or any particular questions in class I can go over them at your suited pace. You can tell me to slow down or speed up as everyone works at different paces. I'll also teach how to structure your workings and answers according to the mark scheme to ensure top marks. I can cater to all levels, so if you're trying to pass or trying to achieve a 9.
