About Garv
I am a college student and i have experienced myself in building muscle and losing fat.i am doing exercises since many years i have done both calisthenics and weightlifting.i used to be a skinny boy and then I gained muscle but for some reason i had to quid exercise so i put on 10 kg fat but then I lost 10 kg weight in 4 months.
