About Angela
Anyone wanting to learn Music Theory is welcome! I am an experienced performer and a teacher. I have a Doctorate degree in oboe and minor in Music Theory (Yale, University of Southern California, and University of Texas at Austin) and I have been teaching since 2009. I am currently on faculty at colleges teaching students of all levels!

I have been teaching Music Theory & Ear Training to elementary school kids to adult learners at colleges to people learning for fun! I have tips and tricks to make music theory easy and engaging. Music Theory is not as hard as it sounds - as long as we lay the foundation and understand the basic concepts. I can also help you with preparation for quizzes and exams in a short amount of time. My students have told me they finally have an understanding to music theory after learning with me!
