About Gosia
As a Cambridge University PhD candidate with a diverse blend of academic and industry experience, I bring a well-rounded approach to tutoring. My career includes working at Rolls-Royce Defence as a Materials and Manufacturing Engineer, where I gained hands-on experience in advanced engineering practices. I’ve also worked in management consulting, including with MBB and niche consultancies, where I developed strong strategic and analytical skills. Additionally, my academic research positions have allowed me to deepen my knowledge and bring cutting-edge insights into my lessons.
With over 5 years of tutoring experience, I’ve guided students aged 12 to 26 through complex topics in Aerospace and Industrial Engineering. I’ve also designed and delivered training courses in Strategic and Innovation Management, as well as summer courses in engineering. This diverse background enables me to bridge theory with real-world applications, creating a practical and engaging learning experience.

I offer personalised tutoring designed to make complex engineering concepts easy to understand and engaging. Whether you're a university student studying Aerospace and Industrial Engineering, or a pre-university student curious about the foundations of engineering, my lessons are tailored to your needs.
How I Teach:
I focus on breaking down difficult topics into simple, manageable parts, using real-world examples to make the theory come to life. I encourage interactive learning, where you ask questions and actively participate. I also bring in case studies and industry insights to help you see how the theory applies in the real world.
Lesson Structure:
Each lesson is 60 to 90 minutes long, giving us plenty of time to cover both theory and practical exercises. I adjust the pace based on your progress, ensuring you fully understand each topic before moving forward.
My Experience:
I am a Cambridge University PhD candidate with hands-on experience in both the aerospace and consulting industries. I’ve been tutoring engineering subjects for over 6 years, working with students aged 12 to 26. In addition to tutoring, I have designed and delivered training courses in Innovation Management and Engineering Summer Courses.
