About Faiz
Hi, I’m Faiz, a first-year Computer Science student at the University of Waterloo. I studied the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level system, so I understand how important past papers, exam technique, and mark schemes are for doing well.
I offer online tutoring for students preparing for IGCSE Math, IGCSE Additional Math, AS Level Math, and A Level Math.
My focus is not just explaining concepts, but helping students actually improve their exam performance by learning how to approach questions, avoid common mistakes, and build confidence with past papers.

My tutoring is focused, supportive, and exam-oriented. I studied the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level system myself and achieved an A* in A Level Further Mathematics in 2025, so I understand both the content and the exam technique needed to do well.
In lessons, we’ll focus on where you’re getting stuck, go through the concept clearly, and then practise exam-style questions step by step. I’ll also help you spot common mistakes, understand mark scheme expectations, and improve your confidence before exams.
These lessons are best for students taking Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics, IGCSE Additional Mathematics, AS Level Mathematics, or A Level Mathematics, especially Pure Mathematics.
