About Hermine

With nearly seven years of experience, I am a seasoned tutor. Over the years, I have supported students with French, English, History, essay writing, test prep, UCAS application to students of all ages and levels.

Each student has allowed me to perfect my teaching skills: learning is a two way street; the boundaries between learner and teacher are porous !

About the lesson

My approach to teaching relies on a deep love for my native languages, and a passion for teaching them. I care deeply about improving confidence levels in my learners. I take care of tailoring lessons to each students, and to introduce them to materials close to their personal interests. I have a lot of experience with children which has taught me the importance of adapting to each student and persevering. I take an interest in ludic methods: they seem a great way to learn to play and play to learn!
