About Charlotte

I'm Charlotte, I graduated from Cambridge in Classics two years ago. I am passionate about literature and language and am really excited to share that with others.

I have tutored for exams before,and am confident helping children learn what they need to do to succeed in 11+, 13+, GCSEs and A-Levels.

Additionally, I currently work in a primary school teaching Latin, where I'm honing my ability to work one-on-one with pupils. So whether you need a bit of homework help, exam tutoring or are looking to learn some Latin for any reason, please get in touch as I'd be happy to help!

I have worked as a teaching assistant, aiding in teaching Latin in a state primary school in Hackney. In this role I have been assisting the classroom teacher, mainly by helping students on a one-on-one basis, working with members of the class who are behaving badly, those with special educational needs, those who need more help understanding the class materials and sometimes with those who are above and beyond the rest and need extension work. Additionally, I have helped students individually as a nanny in a private household, assisting with homework help and motivation to study/practice, and building confidence in more difficult subjects.

I'm free most evenings and weekends, and sometimes during the week, usually Mondays, Thursdays and Tuesday afternoons.
