And currently I am doing BBA LLB from Brainware University.
As a teacher, I would like to make this fact very clear that for a teacher, every child is same. When a teacher enters the class, she see a different spark in every child. She makes a different plan of action for the students and go beyond limits to teach them.
It is the duty of a teacher to praise the students who are scoring good marks as this will not only gives them motivation but also zeal to perform with same enthusiasm. If a teacher will not do this, the children will stop making efforts . However, a teacher always ensure they equally encourage the other students to put more efforts. Remember a teacher is a mother and a guru to the students, they cannot be partial.
