About Louise
I started out as a call centre advisor some years ago, and when I discovered I had an ability to communicate really well with customers and the people I worked with, I found myself becoming a manager and eventually a Director leading large teams. I’ve been lucky to work in a variety of different roles and businesses with hundreds of different people.
I’ve coached and mentored many talented people over this time to become their best self, and have taught them to develop their English communication skills both in life and in the context of business. This also means helping them with their career plans, CVS and job applications to be successful in their dream jobs. In my jobs I’ve reviewed hundreds of CVS and applications so I know what makes yours stand out.
I enjoy working in a fun and light hearted environment with a good sense of humour, and I’m an active and outdoorsy person.
