I began my fitness journey over 10 years ago, first starting with football. With training for football at high level, I have learnt many different ways to improve fitness; cardio, basic strength and agility. My own personal goal was to build a build a better phyque to improve my own mental wellbeing and improve confidence. I have spent countless hours researching ways to improve training, and above else, helping others achieve their goals by sharing my unique knowledge
