About Raphaël
As I said I went through a preparation so on the rigorous side there will be no problem. The most important point for me is above all to listen and that's why I don't hesitate to repeat several times or to make sure that everything has been understood. On the motivation side, no problem working with students who have difficulty either working or motivating themselves in science (because they don't like math, for example, as I understand). And for motivated students who just want to improve, it's the easiest for me, so it's even better.
