• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  I teach Android Studio and Android app development. My interest in this field started when I was learning Java. At that time, I wanted to do more than just write code — I wanted to create something real and useful. So, I decided to build an Android application using Java. While building the app, I found the process exciting and rewarding. This experience made me feel that more people should learn how to build Android apps. That is when I realized I wanted to teach Android app development and help others create their own apps.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My motivation to teach comes from my own journey of learning Android app development. When I was learning Android app development, I realized how important good guidance is. Building my first app was challenging, but also very exciting. I felt proud when I saw my app working, and I wanted others to experience the same feeling. I am motivated by the idea of helping students turn their ideas into real applications. Seeing learners understand concepts, gain confidence, and create their own apps inspires me to continue teaching.

• How does your work help society?

  My work helps society by empowering people with technical skills. By teaching Android app development, I help students learn how to create applications that can solve real-life problems, such as improving communication, education, or daily tasks. These skills can also help learners find better career opportunities and become more independent. When people learn to build useful technology, they can contribute to society in meaningful and innovative ways.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  My role model is my mother. Her attitude and passion for her work inspire me to teach with the same commitment and pride. She has always been hardworking and never gets tired of learning new things. She inspires me because she never stopped improving herself in her field. She worked with great pride and dedication while also taking good care of our family. Watching her as a child, I learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and continuous learning.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside teaching, I have a strong interest in sports and adventure activities. I enjoy learning and trying different adventurous sports. I know how to glide a paraglider and row a canoe. I was also a state-level badminton champion and represented my school in table tennis championships. Sports have taught me discipline, focus, and teamwork, which also help me in my teaching.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  At the beginning of 2025, a batch of college students started learning Java in my classes. Over two months, they progressed from beginner to advanced level. In mid-2025, they had to submit their college project, so they decided to build an Android app—a food ordering app.
  
  At first, they struggled to understand the concepts, and I had to guide them line by line. But to my surprise, by the time we had completed about 60% of the project, they started building things on their own, finding and correcting errors independently. In the last 30% of the project, they completed everything themselves.
  
  Seeing their growth and independence made me feel extremely proud. When they submitted their projects in November 2025, they received excellent grades and a lot of appreciation from their teachers. It was a truly rewarding experience as a teacher.
