About Helo
I'm a certified fitness coach who specializes in training students. I got into this field because I know how tough the school-age years can be—balancing studies, social life, and health. I want to share my knowledge to prove that fitness can be a fun and powerful tool to reduce stress, build confidence, and boost energy for exams. My goal is to be a mentor and positive role model for every student I train.

I'm a certified personal trainer with a specialisation in Youth Fitness. I provide safe, fun, and effective in-home training for students of all fitness levels .
My method is different because I focus on building confidence and lifelong healthy habits, not just on "hard workouts." We'll work on everything from strength and coordination to agility and injury prevention, all in the comfort of your home.
