About Aurora
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 6 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Musicology focused on Piano History. My teaching specializes in jazz piano improvisation, comping techniques, and building a rich harmonic vocabulary. I believe in a well-rounded approach that includes jazz theory, ear training for complex chords, transcription, and rhythm mastery. This combination helps students move beyond technique to creative expression. I have worked with Early Intermediate learners, Advanced Intermediate players, and professional jazz musicians.
