I am Btech engineering student and my way is give proper knowledge to the students. If any student is weak, it's my responsibility to start with a basic and teach him or her to clear their all doubts.
I am not strict but every teacher want that his or her student is a gold mine stone. I want student to ask me any doubt. I clear all the doubts and if I am in the doubt then i try to clear as soon as possible so that my student will never make a bulk amount of doubts in their mind.
