About Julianah
I am a Food Technologist with proven research strength and academic integrity. My Bachelor of Science degree was obtained at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria, while my Master’s degree, from University of Ibadan, Nigeria, was in Food Technology. I had a Joint PhD degree from University of Johannesburg, South Africa and Ghent University, Belgium. I love and desire to impact knowledge to my students. I have published a number of journal articles in peer-reviewed journals and have attended both local as well as international conferences with several oral presentations. I have also taught undergraduate students and completely supervised three students. I demonstrate good communication, organization, and analytical competencies.

In my experience, teaching is beyond lecturing students; it involves presenting theories, concepts, and research ideas to students in a way they can effectively comprehend. I have always loved teaching my friends' things I know better in the course of our academic interactions.
During my undergraduate study, I participated in different class tutorials where I give further explanation on courses my colleagues, including those in lower academic levels, found difficult to understand.
I have Bsc., Msc., D-Tech. in Food Technology and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Teaching has been a very vital tool in impacting the new generation as I feel more energized after a class has gone well.
I try to accomplish this not only in my presentations and lectures, but in the questions that initiate classroom discussions and, particularly, in writing assignment.
I can teach undergraduate and postgraduate students at any level for 90 -120 minutes.
