About Asma

Biochemistry undergraduate with 3 years experience in private tutoring and not once have I received negative feedback. I strongly believe every student has something to offer, but needs the support, encouragement and motivation to be guided in the right track and i can be that guide.
From a personal level, there was a time i disliked Maths, but had a very good teacher at GCSE level who made a huge impact on my grades, where i went from a D to A* on exams and today I am teaching the subject. I am looking to also help the student with lack of confidence, and make his/her grades shoot up.

About the lesson

A Biochemistry undergraduate with 3 years private tutoring experience. Typical methology involves producing own resources,providing weekly homework, so I know where the student has reached in terms of understanding and confidence, and making sure the student understands what is being taught with over time, if need be. I teach Maths from primary to GCSE level.

Miss Asma is such a lovely teacher who really cares about ensuring the student is feeling comfortable with the subject. She's very approachable and friendly and goes out of her way to help you reach the grade you are aiming for, for example by setting homework and by willing to provide support even outside of tuition hours. She has not only taught me Maths at GCSE previously (and managed to get me the grade I wanted), but she now also tutors my brother and he is really seeing improvement in his understanding of certain topics in Maths that he was tutored in. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and can assure you that you will end up with the grade you want!
