About Babli
My name is Bubbly. I am from Himachal Pradesh. I have done my schooling and graduation from there only. After that I did fellowship at Aavishkaar. During my fellowship I taught math, English, and Hindi for grade 3rd, 4th, and 5th for two years. After completing my fellowship I joined Aavishkaar as a staff member. In that role, I led a women educator program to help young women to become Primary Math Educators. In the last year, I designed and executed a program to bridge foundational numeracy gap in middle school students across 20 schools in Assam and Himachal Pradesh. Currently, I am working in Isha Home School Coimbatore for the last 1 year as Math Curriculum Designer and Execution. Currently, I am working in Isha Foundation (Isha Home School)

My teaching experience is focused on making mathematics engaging through fun activities, visualization, and justification. I believe that when students see math beyond formulas—as patterns, logic, and real-life applications—they not only enjoy learning but also develop deeper understanding. I often use visual tools, stories, and interactive problems to help them grasp abstract concepts. I also encourage students to justify their answers, which strengthens their reasoning and builds confidence. This approach not only improves comprehension but also nurtures curiosity and love for the subject.
