About Olivia
I have been an assistant tutor to Year 7-9, on an individual and group basis, in English and Geography whilst in Sixth Form. In addition, I tutored First Year Classical Studies students in my second undergraduate year, and I was an assistant tennis coach for 4-6 year olds for 3 years.
I have qualified in 9 GCSEs, A*-B, and 3 A levels, A-B. I recently graduated with a 2.1 in Classical Studies from the University of Bristol.

When it comes to teaching, I believe that the most effective method is to go over the topic as a whole on a basic level, in order to develop overall understanding, before going into greater depth. Furthermore, the use of examples and frequent small exercises is an efficacious way to instil knowledge and academic skills.
