About Taniya
I’m Tanya, a boxer with 8+ years experience of boxing in the ring.
I know what it’s like to fight — for fitness, for confidence, and for yourself.
Now I teach others to do the same.
Whether you’re 14 or 40, my goal is simple: help you lose weight, punch out stress, and feel powerful in your own skin.
