About Myra

My teaching methodology is rooted in Positivity, Patience, and Problem-Solving, which I believe are essential for creating a conducive learning environment. I focus on building a strong rapport with students, fostering confidence, and making lessons enjoyable. I understand that each student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit individual needs, whether they’re beginners or advanced learners. I incorporate a variety of resources such as multimedia tools, interactive exercises, and real-life examples to keep students engaged and motivated. I emphasise critical thinking and problem-solving skills, helping students not just memorise English concepts but apply them in real-life situations. Through continuous encouragement and constructive feedback, I ensure that students gain a deeper understanding of the language, enhancing both their speaking and writing abilities. My approach is patient and adaptive, ensuring that no student feels overwhelmed, and all questions are addressed. In addition to English, I am also able to teach relevant subjects, such as reading comprehension, vocabulary building, and writing skills, integrating them into my lessons to ensure holistic language development.

I specialise in reading, writing, vocabulary enhancement, and test preparation, offering support in areas such as résumé building, academic writing, and conversational English. I believe in creating a supportive, engaging environment that encourages students to excel at their own pace. Through interactive lessons, real-life examples, and constructive feedback, I ensure every student not only understands the material but also develops a genuine passion for learning. My ability to adapt to various learning styles, combined with a focus on motivation and clear communication, allows my students to achieve their academic and personal goals with confidence.
