About Vince Laurence
I am a dedicated and responsible Math tutor with experience in math competitions and handling calculations for Biology research. Although I am currently pursuing a degree in Biology, Math has always been one of my strongest subjects. I take every lesson seriously and make sure to explain topics clearly and patiently. I prepare for each lesson based on the student’s needs and learning level. My goal is not only to help students get the right answer but also to help them understand how to solve problems on their own. I am committed to creating a comfortable and respectful learning environment where students can ask questions freely, learn from mistakes, and build confidence in Math.

My approach as a tutor is simple, patient, and focused on making Math easy to understand. I explain each topic step by step and use simple examples before giving harder problems. I also encourage students to ask questions whenever they are confused.
A typical lesson starts with a short review of the previous topic, followed by an explanation of the new lesson. We then work on examples together before the student tries problems on their own. At the end, we review the mistakes and important points.
What sets me apart is my experience in math competitions and my use of Math in Biology research, where I handle different calculations and data. I can tutor elementary, high school, and college students who need help with Math lessons, assignments, problem-solving, and exam preparation.
