About Sara
I'm not traditional in my way of approaching students with a long and practiced path that works simply because the same thing does not work for everyone. As a college student, I value efficiency and know your time matters just as much as mine does. I will construct a plan completely unique to you so you can reap the benefits of your own education without getting bored of the same thing over and over. As someone in college, I tend to relate to my younger students because there isn't a huge gap in experience and age that you'll find with other tutors. The lack of professionalism doesn't fade due to that fact, and I find in my experience makes the process easier.

Plans are specialized to fit each client individually. Specificities of techniques and material are based on the comfortability of the client. A typical lesson plan would consist of a warm-up prior to the initial assignment and a final practice of the technique learned during the project/lesson. Those who have benefited in the past from lessons have usually been at the intermediate and beginner level, but those already well-versed would benefit in learning new methods. (ART) Common subjects practiced - lifelike drawing, portraits, animals, acrylic paint, clay sculpture. (STEM) Common subjects practiced - reading comprehension, better methods for test-taking (SAT, ACT), formula application. Those who are not used to common core practices would be accommodated with teaching techniques more suited to their liking. Those in common core will learn how to better break down and comprehend understanding within subjects in their difficulty.
