About Haovy
Hello! I am a recent graduate in with a degree in Biochemistry that Co-tutors with a recent Civil Engineering graduate. We both have tutored several students within the past few years together, teaching a range of subjects : math, reading, writing, and science. We have seen growth in our students with increasing i-ready scores and IXL scores, as well and increased confidence they have on their homework to work more independently.

Our method of teaching is to simplify the subject while providing different points of view and different methods on how to solve the problem. We teach more on an interpersonal level, which is missing in school, so our students to have a deeper connection to allow the students to feel more confident in their knowledge. We examine the students weaknesses and strengths and figure out the best way to co-teach with the student.
