About Carmen
I am a proper gym rat, with great experience in training and working out like a PRO! Had 2 Bikini Fitness Competitions so far, and plan to continue my journey whilst helping women that struggle to get in shape and find the right long term diet. Ultimately, I am someone who will coach you and teach you how to become independent when it comes to workouts, knowing your body, balance your hormones and what works for you from a diet perspective.
