About Sarah

I'm a Big 4 Chartered Accountant with over 6 years' experience across Big 4 and Top 10 professional services firms, and I genuinely enjoy helping early-career candidates feel confident and prepared for their final stage interviews. I've been through the Big 4 recruitment process myself and, in my role, I've also had first-hand experience interviewing early-career candidates so I understand both how daunting these interviews can feel and what interviewers are really looking for.

I work with school leavers, students and graduates preparing for Big 4 and Top 10 final-stage interviews, focusing on helping you communicate clearly, think calmly under pressure and present yourself at the right professional level.

My approach is supportive, structured and tailored to you as an individual (there's no one-size-fits-all and no scripted answers).

My aim is to make interviews feel far less intimidating and far more manageable. Each session is designed to build your confidence, sharpen your answers and help you walk into your interview knowing exactly how to approach questions and show your strengths authentically.

About the lesson

Each lesson is fully personalised to you and your specific application. We'll start by getting to know your background, route into the role (school leaver, graduate, placement), career goals and the firms you're applying to.

Your CV will be reviewed ahead of the session to understand your background and experience, allowing us to focus the lesson entirely on final stage interview preparation.

You'll practise final stage personal motivation, strength-based and competency questions commonly used in the Big 4 and Top 10 early-career interviews, including a realistic follow-up and challenge questions asked by senior interviewers.

We will work on structuring clear, confident answers, communicating at the right professional level. You will also receive honest, constructive feedback throughout, along with practical techniques you can apply immediately.

With over 6 years' experience across the Big 4 and Top 10 professional services firms and first-hand experience interviewing Big 4 early-career candidates, I bring real-world insight from both sides of the interview table.

Each session is designed to ensure you feel well prepared, confident and supported, and that you go into your final stage interviews knowing exactly what interviewers are looking for!
