BFA in Illustration, MA in Package Design, most recently worked on Avatar 2 & 3. I have 10 years of teaching experience, and love sharing my knowledge and experience with the next generation!

Having worked closely with Joel in his capacity as an illustrator and as a freelance digital artist, I can attest he has deep skills and broad knowledge in a great number of artistic and creative capacities. He is able to draw from his experience as an art instructor and throughout the time we worked together he provided valuable instruction session to our workgroup helping us integrate traditional skills like illustration and rendering to our work. He also oversaw our efforts to platform into new pipeline and software workflows such as Unreal Engine.
