About Siobhan
I have always had an affinity with written word and used writing as tool for self-expression from being a child.
I used journaling and poetry to aid me through personal struggles into my adult years and became increasingly interested in the therapeutic effects of writing.
I decided to study more about this and completed a Journal Therapy qualification. I now teach about the therapeutic processes of journaling and expressive writing to one to one clients and host workshops in the community.
I became a bestselling author in Women's Poetry after releasing my poetry anthology Songs of the Soul in July 2021.
