About Siobhan

I have always had an affinity with written word and used writing as tool for self-expression from being a child.
I used journaling and poetry to aid me through personal struggles into my adult years and became increasingly interested in the therapeutic effects of writing.
I decided to study more about this and completed a Journal Therapy qualification. I now teach about the therapeutic processes of journaling and expressive writing to one to one clients and host workshops in the community.
I became a bestselling author in Women's Poetry after releasing my poetry anthology Songs of the Soul in July 2021.

About the lesson

Learn journal therapy techniques to support your own or others wellbeing.
Also learn about the VERSE method in helping you create powerful and impactful poetry. I can aid you with getting started in expressive writing, all the way through to publishing your own poetry anthology.
