About Aiida

When I was 6 years old, I started working as a singer in the Norwegian Children's Opera Choir. We went straight to work with choir rehearsals, singing lessons and Opera productions. Therefore, I quickly realized the importance of discipline and continuity when achieving all goals as a singer and performer. This is something I find very important to this day!

Furthermore, I sang in Christmas series on NRK, Det Norske Jentekor, attended music high schools, attended summer courses at Berklee College of Music with funk in the center and taught in choir, song and songwriting alongside the study. In addition, I started an artist and songwriting career with the name Aiida, a few years back. There's so much you can explore in music!

At the moment, I'm in my final year at Berklee College of Music, taking a songwriting and production Bahcelor, while I release music and write for others . I entered the school as a singer and performer and took lessons with Janice Pendarvis (Background singer for Sting David Bowie), and Gabrielle Goodman (Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin), but decided to go deeper into songwriting and the art of production, especially after I learned about Pat Pattison's songwriting pedagogy, something I definitely build on in my own teaching.

I therefore offer both singing lessons and songwriting lessons, but think it's extra fun to have students who like both, so it's definitely an option. Can't wait to meet you, because this will be fun!

About the lesson

Do you want to get a little better at singing in the shower? Or is singing and songwriting a lifelong dream? Regardless of level or ambition, singing or songwriting, we will build on what you already have, set clear goals and nail them together! This will be fun!
