I am a 7th semester psychology student at Sanata Dharma University. Learning about human behavior made me feel that each individual is unique and deserves the opportunity to be the best version of himself or herself. My belief in the uniqueness of the individual makes me feel I am qualified for this job. I am creative and able to use my creativity for good.

In my effective teaching methodology, I will do brainstorming at the beginning of each lesson, to find out how well the students understand the topic that will be discussed and of course it will help me in meeting the needs of students. In addition, the maximum teaching duration is 90 minutes and in that 90 minutes students will not only be fixated on the text book, but will also be interspersed with exciting activities, such as games, which are able to foster understanding of the material and to prevent students from feeling bored quickly. I will also hone students to think critically in various problem solving.
