About Sacha
I an a trainer in English, maths, tourism / travel who has a passion for yoga or many years
I finally due to disabilties etc, became a teacher& meditation teacher in 2021.
I hope to increase the fitness and even mental health of as many people as possible
This is suitable for beginnerwith easy light movements.

I encourage you to bring a chair to the class (not for sitting on), and a yoga mat ( please avoid those made of PVC))
Anyone can manage this class.
