Nice to meet you, I’m Kaho.
I have taught Japanese for over 3 years as a volunteer and more than 1,500 hours online.
I’m from Gifu, known for hot springs and the World Heritage site Shirakawa-go. I have lived in Shizuoka, Osaka, and Canada (working holiday). I’m cheerful, natural, and always positive.
Learning English and challenging myself opened up my world, and I want to support your efforts in the same way.

I worked as a civil engineer for 6 years, spent one year at an international school, and worked at a bakery in Canada for another year. I love sports — I practiced judo, table tennis, and swimming for over 10 years each. My hobbies are anime, baking bread, movies, and enjoying delicious food.

About the lesson

●Lesson Flow (50‑minute lesson example)
5–8 min: Ice‑breakers and conversation (homework questions if needed)
5–8 min: Kanji and flashcards
2–5 min: Vocabulary review
30 min〜: Introduction of new grammar (basic → practice → application / conversation practice)

My lessons are immersive, conversation‑based, and focused on speaking.
Please feel relaxed and speak as much as you like.

Materials: GENKI I, GENKI II, QUARTET
Lesson notes and homework are included.

My students include lawyers, IT professionals, healthcare workers, engineers, teenagers, and many others. Group lessons for families or couples are also available.
