About Jelani
I am an experienced ESL tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, working with High School and College students. I am passionate about making English learning feel achievable for every student.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have taught between 150 and 200 students. A meaningful milestone for me has been helping students who felt English was too difficult slowly gain confidence and improve their performance.
My lessons are structured and easy to follow. I break topics into small parts and explain them clearly. I focus on both academic English and daily communication.
I believe encouragement is key to learning. I support students patiently and motivate them to keep practising and improving.
My mission as an ESL tutor is to help students feel capable and confident in using English for their education and future goals.
