About Ronen

Being a skinny individual from high school I'd always been made fun of in silly ways so it made me pretty aware and empathetic as there are so many who go through this phase. So I experimented with everything I could and finally had a proper frame and changed myself throughout the years. Won't promise that perfect physique but definitely better than what you are at now.)

About the lesson

My going will be basic, to each according to their capacity so first and foremost will be body assessment and nutrition intake per day and consequently a proper regimen would be given out. And most importantly you gotta focus and be honest with the structure i provide.
