About Kate
I am an assistant head in a school. I love teaching A Level and particularly enjoy tutoring as it is so rewarding to help students strive to reach their full potential.
I am motivated in particular to support students who may be struggling with the demands of A Levels through a coaching and relational approach.

I focus on simple explanations, recall practice and exam strategy for best results. I've always worked in mixed ability settings and tailor lessons to the individual student. Tutoring is an opportunity to teach without classroom distractions and coach students to reach their absolute potential.
I have a strong personal interest in character education and emphasise this as a motivational tool when I tutor students.
