Former College Athlete. Personal Trainer. Triathlete. 5K/10K, Half Marathon Runner. Fitness Model.
I've been active since the day I could walk. I was a runner, swimmer and fencer throughout elementary and middle school. I took a break in High School to pursue debate team, chess club and computer coding. Picked the ball back up in College; ran track, played basketball, football and led the swim team.
