About Jermaine
I am a ex youth professional that after playing became a personal trainer working with a number of professional footballers that now play in some of the best teams in the uk. I run wellness retreats around Europe. The principals of be coming a professional sports man has helped me in other passions in my life and I wanted to share that with others.
