English is the tutoring language, focusing on One-on-One appointment tutoring, supplemental Instruction, embedded tutoring.
Some drills will applied. Mainly I look into subject tutoring and questioning techniques. The purpose of questioning is to get students actively involved in their learning by eliciting responses from the learners instead of giving them information. on the other hand I use Socratic Method called inquiry method for average and high fliers.
