I am a qualified teacher with experience in teaching Unit Standards to both Hish School students and adults. As well as my university degrees I have the NZQA qualification of National Certificate in Adult Literacy Education and Te Reo Maori to Level 3.

My teaching method is based on my own learning experiences. I have both hearing and vision impairments (to a mild degree) which were not tested until well into my adult years, meaning I took time to learn. This has given me the patence to work with learners to understand their own way of learning and match that to their learning programme with me.
