About Melissa

I'm a project manager in the media industry. I bring together my background in media and project management with years of customer service and training experience. I’ve worked with seniors in different environments and understand the patience, empathy, and adaptability required to make learning technology feel comfortable. My lessons aren’t rushed — they’re about understanding, connection, and progress at your pace.

About the lesson

Online lessons available for students across Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Toronto, and the entire GTA — helping learners anywhere in Ontario build digital confidence from home.

My Approach as a Tutor:

My lessons are built around patience, simplicity, and encouragement. I know that learning technology can feel intimidating, so I create a supportive space where there’s no such thing as a “silly question.” We move at your pace, focusing on your comfort level and building confidence step by step. My goal is to help you understand

Each lesson begins with a short check-in to review what you already know and identify where you’d like to improve. From there, we explore one key topic at a time. what you’re doing, not just memorize clicks.
