I’m Avinash, a dedicated dance and fitness instructor with a deep passion for movement, self-expression, and well-being. Dance has been a part of my life for years, and I believe it is more than just movement—it’s a way to stay fit, reduce stress, and express emotions. Dance is for everyone, no matter their age or skill level. Fitness should be fun and exciting, not a chore. Movement has the power to heal, energize, and uplift.
