About Takumi

Hello aspiring coders and tech enthusiasts! My name is Takumi Hara, a software engineer hailing from the heart of innovation, Silicon Valley.

My educational journey is unique, as it began at 42 Tokyo, a revolutionary coding school that has rewritten the rules of computer science education. At 42 Tokyo, I embraced an education model that values peer-to-peer learning and a self-directed approach. It replaced traditional lectures and classrooms with hands-on projects and real-world challenges, empowering me to develop critical thinking skills and a problem-solving mindset that have been invaluable in my career.

After studying at 42 Tokyo, I integrated into the fast-paced, problem-solving world of Silicon Valley, where I've been part of various innovative projects and teams. I bring this rich blend of unique academic and real-world experience to my teaching, bridging the gap between theory and practice in a way that few others can.

In my classes, I encourage an interactive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset. My students' progress and comprehension are my top priorities, and I'm always available to provide additional support or clarification.

As a committed lifelong learner myself, I understand the challenges of mastering new skills and am dedicated to making your learning journey as engaging, fulfilling, and productive as possible. Join me, and let's take the first step together towards achieving your tech career goals.

As a Silicon Valley software engineer, I've designed my online course to teach both the theoretical and practical aspects of backend programming and SQL, ensuring that my students develop a deep and thorough understanding of these critical skills in today's tech-driven world.

Each lesson in my course will be approximately 60 minutes long, and we will tackle problems and questions together in a highly interactive environment. My approach to tutoring emphasizes problem-solving, critical thinking, and real-world application, moving beyond rote memorization to help students truly understand the material.

I bring not only my academic qualifications to the table but also my experience working as a backend engineer in Silicon Valley. This practical experience allows me to provide unique insights and relevant examples that connect theory with real-world applications.

These lessons are suitable for individuals who are keen on learning backend programming and SQL, from beginners to intermediate learners. It does not matter if you are a high school student exploring coding or an adult wanting to shift into a tech career; my lessons will be tailored to meet your needs and help you meet your learning goals.
