About Quincy
I am a Physics tutor with over 8 years of experience and a BSc in Physics with Materials Science. My work centers on astrophysics and cosmology, and I guide students through topics like stellar evolution, black holes, and the Big Bang. General relativity, often seen as too complex, becomes more approachable through my structured explanations and use of visual models. I have worked with learners in astronomy clubs and those aspiring to research space at higher levels. My lessons connect rigorous science with the excitement of exploration. I create interactive spaces where learners feel confident asking questions. I focus on showing how universal laws affect everything from galaxies to tiny particles. Each session is tailored to encourage both curiosity and mastery of the subject. I believe that exploring the universe builds skills in logic, reasoning, and creative thought. Lessons are enriched with current discoveries in astrophysics. Students find meaning in connecting classroom learning with real cosmic phenomena. My teaching aims to inspire learners to look at the stars with both wonder and understanding. Together, we will explore the vast laws that shape our universe.

My approach to Physics teaching is centered on inquiry, reflection, and growth. I emphasize experimental design, data analysis, error propagation, and scientific reporting as essential tools for learners. These skills help them become more than students—they become investigators of the natural world. I teach in a way that is gentle and supportive, helping learners overcome hesitation. DIY Scientists and Curiosity-Driven Learners benefit from lessons that respect their creativity and curiosity. I provide real-life examples and hands-on opportunities to test theories. Mistakes are viewed as part of the process, showing learners how science is built through trial and error. Error propagation is presented in simple terms so learners can handle uncertainty with confidence. I encourage students to reflect on each step of their work and improve continuously. Lessons are interactive, with learners explaining, questioning, and building their own understanding. Reporting is highlighted as an important skill, helping students communicate clearly and effectively. Each session is paced to allow both deep thought and practical application. By the end, learners are equipped to explore Physics in their own unique way. Together, we make experiments both meaningful and empowering.
