About Georgia

Hi, I’m Georgia! I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and have a genuine passion for helping young people learn and grow. With experience in both tutoring and babysitting, I understand how to build positive relationships with children and create a safe, supportive learning environment. As a dancer, I bring creativity, energy, and discipline to my teaching. I tailor each session to the student’s unique learning style, breaking down concepts in clear, simple ways and using encouragement to build confidence. I believe that with the right support, every student can succeed in math. I tutor students from Year 1 to Year 12, and my lessons typically run for 60 minutes. I’m reliable, caring, and committed to helping students feel empowered in their learning.

Hi! I'm Georgia, a Bachelor of Education (Primary) student with a passion for helping students grow in confidence and understanding—especially in maths. My approach to tutoring is supportive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual learning style. I aim to make maths feel less overwhelming by breaking down concepts into simple, relatable steps and using real-world examples wherever possible.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes and include a mix of explanation, guided practice, and interactive activities. I believe building a strong foundation is key, so I focus on reinforcing core skills while also encouraging problem-solving and independent thinking.

I’ve worked with children through both tutoring and babysitting, and I love creating a positive, encouraging environment where students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes. My lessons are ideal for students from Year 1 to Year 12 who need help with classwork, homework, or exam preparation.
