About Jublie
I am Jublie Matiyenga and i am qualified teacher with 13 years of experience. during my experience i have seen that i love teaching because a teacher can take on many roles in the lives of their students, such as a surrogate parental figure, a mentor, a leader or a motivator. I know that i will have an impact on my students' lives because i love nurturing them into responsible citizens when they grow up.
I take the task of developing young people into kind, thoughtful and contributing adults very seriously. I have always been so grateful to my teachers and the educational system for making me the person that I am today.I only hope that I can make that same kind of positive impact on the minds and hearts of my students."

I try to incorporate mystery into my lessons.I will do this by using the "what to to expect technique"
This is a good method because we all know that learning may be the most fun for the students when they don't know what to expect. I will try to incorporate a sense of surprise and mystery into my lessons. When i am about to unveil a new lesson, i give my students a new clue each day up until the last day before the start of the lesson. This is a fun way to make my lesson mysterious, and i know that my students will be actually looking forward to finding out what they'll be learning about next.
Another way is to be flexible with my students.Being an effective teacher is an important job, but that doesn't mean that you have to remain serious in class at all times. I will try to loosen up a bit and acknowledge that my students may have different interests and learning styles than my own. It's OK to laugh at yourself at times and to have some fun. I know that my students will be more interested when i am a little more relaxed.
