I am passionate about my craft and place a strong emphasis on correct postures and breathing techniques. I incorporate authentic Sanskrit names for the asanas and provide clear explanations to enhance understanding. I seek to connect with like-minded individuals who are interested in exploring yoga as a profound practice, benefiting not just physical and emotional well-being, but also aiding in spiritual growth.

I incorporate Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Kriyas to the asana practice. Micro- macro exercise, mantra chanting (if the student is interested in spiritual approach), surya namaskars (Hatha-Ashtanga style) and the session's special theme; that is how my session looks like.
