During my first lesson with Mariela, she noticed and adjusted two flaws in my playing that have already made playing the violin a much smoother process. I can now reach 4th finger notes which I could not do before the lesson!

She is aware of the human side of tuition as well as the technical side, as she was able to adapt the lesson structure to me and the stage of playing that I am currently at.
