About Claire
I am a fully qualified teacher, have taught maths in state, day and boarding schools and supported thousands of students. I have taught children in US, Europe, Middle East, China, Russia and South Africa.
My philosophy is of kindness, patience and support for each child. But I back this up with academic excellence - something I understand as I graduated with the highest rated maths degree from my university and have won the Institute of Mathematics award. I have also spent years in FTSE100 and private investment companies, so have both education and real life experience.

My lessons are fully tailored to every individual learner. I build confidence, develop understanding, broaden knowledge and prepare children for exams and university entrance exams. Employing the best teaching and learning techniques to get the best results. I am specially trained and experienced in supporting neurodiverse learners, patient in my approach and always happy to use different pedagogical methods and approaches to ensure each child leaves with a better understanding and the ability to approach further challenges independently.
