I'm a 29-year-old tramper and lifter who is always absorbing new information from the lifting literature. I've been lifting every day for the past 2 years, and lifting as a whole since 2016. I can assist you with creating a workout schedule tailored to your needs and busy life, a diet plan, and one-on-one training in the gym to ensure your comprehension of lifting techniques is up to standards. I'm constantly evolving my workout techniques and exercises to maximize strength, aesthetics and health.
